Face it, we are all guilty of it getting in a hurry and going through a day without recognizing or acknowledging anyone. We all thing for some reason if we slow down something will pass us by. Well, I have a secret for you......Slow down, life is not going to change speeds. You have the samw amount of time on this earth weather you are always in a hurry or if you slow down to see what is going on.
If you are someone in a leadership position, you better value the people around you. If you do not value or appreciate them, they are not going to be loyal to you nor are they going to work hard for you. People love to get a good old pat on the back. So, when you walk by someone that you work with everytime you pass, tell them hello and give them a big smile. I promise if you will mend your relationships, everyone around you will be more productivity. You will be amazed at how a simple hello while you look them directly in the eyes will take you.
As we end today lets listen to Maya Angelo and what she says about relationships:" People will forget what what you said , people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." How did you make the last person you were around feel. Think about it?
